Et tagada meile ja tulevastele p\u00f5lvkondadele tervislik ja puhta loodusega elukeskkond, on vaja l\u00e4bim\u00f5eldud ja vastutustundlikke tegevusi ka uusi hooneid ehitades. Tark hooneautomaatika, mis l\u00fclitab k\u00fctte, ventilatsiooni ja valgustuse t\u00f6\u00f6le vajadusp\u00f5hiselt, s\u00e4\u00e4stab energiat ja annab suure panuse hoonete energiat\u00f5husaks muutmisele. Vajadusp\u00f5hine l\u00e4henemine ning intelligentne hoone s\u00fcsteemide juhtimine aitab tagada ka tervislikuma hoone sisekliima: puhtam \u00f5hk l\u00e4bi pideva C02 taseme j\u00e4lgimise ning t\u00f6\u00f6ks vajalik \u00f5ige tugevusega valgus. \u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>14. juulil v\u00f5ttis <a href=\"https:\/\/ec.europa.eu\/info\/strategy\/priorities-2019-2024\/european-green-deal_et\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Euroopa Komisjon<\/a> vastu rea ettepanekuid, et v\u00e4hendada kasvuhoonegaaside netoheidet 2030. aastaks v\u00e4hemalt 55% v\u00f5rreldes 1990. aasta tasemega ning muuta Euroopa 2050. aastaks maailma esimeseks kliimaneutraalseks maailmajaoks. Roheleppest tulenevalt peavad alates 2021. aastast k\u00f5ik uued hooned olema liginullenergiahooned ning vanemad kodud ja \u00fcldkasutatavad hooned tuleb renoveerida ja muuta energiat\u00f5husaks. Hoone energiat\u00f5husust m\u00f5jutavad mitmed tegurid alates maja asukoha ja p\u00e4ikesesoojuse \u00e4rakasutamisest ning soojapidavatest akendest ja seintest kuni kaasaegsete nutikodu lahendusteni, mille abil t\u00f6\u00f6tavad hoones asuvad seadmed automaatselt ja vajadusp\u00f5hiselt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Kasvav n\u00f5udlus targa hoone lahenduste j\u00e4rele<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Uued n\u00f5uded ja rohelepe on suurendanud n\u00f5udlust energia s\u00e4\u00e4stu loovatele targa hoone ja nutikodu lahendustele. Kui seni on turul pakutud pigem kallihinnalisi mugavust loovaid nn preemiumtooteid, siis Bisly tark hooneautomaatika tagab lisaks mugavusfunktsioonidele ka hoonete energias\u00e4\u00e4stu ja teeb nutikodu lahendused k\u00f5igile k\u00e4ttesaadavaks.
