Innovatiivset tehnoloogiat kasutavad energias\u00e4\u00e4stlikud majad asuvad Kalaranna kvartalis, mis on Tallinna \u00fcks p\u00f5nevamaid uusi piirkondi. Kalaranna \u00fchendab mere\u00e4\u00e4rse elukeskkonna vanalinna ja Kultuurikatla piirkonnaga ning t\u00e4nap\u00e4evased mugavused ajaloolise p\u00e4randiga.\u00a0\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Targad ja energias\u00e4\u00e4stlikud majad ei ole t\u00e4na enam preemiumklassi mugavuslahendus. Euroopa Liidu uute m\u00e4\u00e4ruste kohaselt on energiakasutuse optimeerimine muutumas prioriteediks nii elu- kui ka \u00e4rihoonete puhul.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>T\u00e4nu oma digitaalse kaksiku mudelil p\u00f5hinevale innovaatilisele hooneautomaatika lahendusele ning lihtsalt skaleeritavale tehnoloogiale saame pakkuda \u00e4\u00e4rmiselt paindlikku lahendust ning meil on suur r\u00f5\u00f5m t\u00f5deda, et Bisly targa maja lahendus on saanud paljude kinnisvaraarendajate esimeseks valikuks. Stiilne rannapromenaadi\u00e4\u00e4rne linnakvartal on juba t\u00e4na kujunenud l\u00f5impunktiks nii kvartali elanikele kui ka Tallinna k\u00fclalistele ja kohalikele \u00e4ridele ning restoranidele.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bisly koost\u00f6\u00f6partneri Pro Kapitali poolt arendatav Kalaranna kvartal valmis kahes j\u00e4rgus: esimeses etapis kerkisid kaheksa nelja- ja viiekorruselist \u00e4ripindadega kortermaja ning maa-alune parkla 385 parkimiskohaga. Teises ehitusetapis on lisaks 60-kohalisele parklale kohe valmimas neli kortermaja koos \u00e4ripindadega \u2013 kokku 7500 ruutmeetril. Valmivates korterites hakkab Bisly intelligentne hooneautomaatika juhtima k\u00fctet ja ventilatsiooni, <em>penthouse<\/em>-t\u00fc\u00fcpi korterites ja kontoriruumides ka jahutust ning videofono lahendust.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>K\u00f5ik s\u00fcsteemid t\u00f6\u00f6tavad automaatselt, arvestades kasutaja eelistusi ning soovitud kriteeriume. Sealjuures ei pea korteriomanik v\u00f5i \u00fc\u00fcrnik igap\u00e4evaselt soovitud temperatuuri \u00fcle seadistama \u2013 k\u00f5ik s\u00fcsteemid t\u00f6\u00f6tavad iseseisvalt, arvestades n\u00e4iteks v\u00e4listemperatuuri ning ruumide kasutust.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Automaatikas\u00fcsteemi kriteeriume saab ruumide omanik v\u00f5i \u00fc\u00fcrnik mugavalt muuta seinal asuva v\u00f5i eraldiseisva juhtekraani \u2013 Bisly huubi \u2013 v\u00f5i Bisly telefoni\u00e4pi kaudu.
