We’re looking to add key members to our outstanding sales team. The Regional Manager of Sales will take responsibility for growing our Sales organization, starting with Baltics market. Bisly is looking for a customer-focused hands-on industry leader, with a consistent record of exceeding sales growth goals.

Job description and goals:

  • Provide input on local business needs and regulations
  • Manage the daily execution of the go to market strategy through securing order intake against budgeted targets
  • Find new business opportunities by building strong customer relationships
  • Provide market feedback to product development function

To succeed in this position, you’ll need:

  • You have worked in high growth environment and have a sense of urgency to move fast and lead the team to success
  • Knowledge of B2B hardware and software product sales, preferably from industrial our building automation segment
  • Effective communication skills, business development skills
  • Fluent English, proficiency in other languages is also a valuable asset
  • Knowledge of modern sales and sales operations management, understanding of CRM software (Salesforce, Outreach, Salesloft, Gong, Hubspot etc)
  • Basic technical understanding so you can be trained on the job about the technical nuances of our product offering. (No engineering degree is needed specifically)
