The project aims to develop the AI Manager Adam and an EVS-EN ISO 52120 compliant building management system that makes the operation of non-residential buildings (such as schools, libraries, public buildings, etc.) simple and energy-efficient. Through a conversational interface, facility managers can issue commands in natural language, while the system diagnoses building systems and proactively prevents failures. The solution is cloud-based and interoperable with Bisly devices as well as equipment from other manufacturers, helping to reduce energy consumption and maintenance costs and supporting the green transition.
