After finishing its first project in Düsseldorf in collaboration with German developer OneGruppe at the beginning of last year and securing their second joint venture later on in September, Bisly has now officially signed contracts with the developer for an additional two buildings. Located in the heart of Düsseldorf, the built-to-rent developments are planned to be finished by the end of the year and will be occupying Bismarkstrasse 87 and 89.

Following a successful first project in Düsseldorf, OneGruppe knew exactly who to turn to when they were looking for smart building automation partners for their upcoming projects in the city. The new buildings, each consisting of 12 modern apartments and a commercial area on the first floor, are built-to-rent with focus on long-term rentals. Among other apartments will also be Bisly’s next demo apartment, showcasing the comforts offered by their innovative solutions. For this project, Bisly’s is cooperating with Hentrich & Kohlhaas GbR as their installation partner.
