After finishing its first project in Düsseldorf in collaboration with German developer OneGruppe at the beginning of last year and securing their second joint venture later on in September, Bisly has now officially signed contracts with the developer for an additional two buildings. Located in the heart of Düsseldorf, the built-to-rent developments at Bismarkstrasse 87 and 89 are set to reach completion by the end of the year.

Following a successful first project in Düsseldorf, OneGruppe knew exactly who to turn to when they were looking for smart building automation partners for their upcoming projects in the city. The developers designed the new buildings—each with 12 modern apartments and a commercial area on the first floor—for long-term rentals under a built-to-rent model. Among other apartments will also be Bisly’s next demo apartment, showcasing the comforts offered by their innovative solutions. For this project, Bisly’s is cooperating with Hentrich & Kohlhaas GbR as their installation partner.

At the Bismarkstrasse apartments, the team will implement Bisly’s HVAC, access, shade, and lighting control solutions to significantly boost energy savings and enhance residents’ comfort and convenience. With remote control and the option to manage all aspects of their living space via Bisly Hub or app, residents will be able to enjoy all the luxuries of modern living.
