We are proud to share that Bisly has been selected as one of five high-potential sustainability and social impact companies across the Nordics and Baltics to join the Mastercard Lighthouse MASSIV fall 2025 partnership program. Not only is this recognition by Mastercard a big milestone in our mission to make sustainable living accessible to everyone, but also a testament to the high quality of the hardware and software we’re producing right here in Estonia.
About the program
The Mastercard Lighthouse MASSIV is a unique partnership program designed to help impact-driven technology companies achieve the UN Sustainable Development Goals through strategic collaborations. By connecting fast-growing startups with major organisations, the program helps innovation leaders to reach global markets and deliver real-world, large-scale impact.
Being selected for the program is a testament to the hard work the Bisly team has put in and the company’s vision for transforming the real estate industry. As we continue to deliver scalable and affordable building automation solutions, tailored for multi-residential and light commercial buildings, our AI-powered platform and hardware are allowing real estate developers and owners to meet the rising regulatory and sustainability demands without compromise.
Bisly’s aim with the partnership
Our participation in the Lighthouse MASSIV Fall 2025 partnership program gives us access to world-class expertise, investor networks, and strategic partnerships.
“Through Lighthouse MASSIV, we hope to build the right foundations for our next stage of growth — from implementing an online payment solution to collect SaaS fees across Europe, to forging high-level partnerships with Nordic real estate developers. We also look forward to receiving support in the launch of new AI-powered products for non-residential buildings, and to gaining market expertise that will guide our go-to-market strategy across the Nordics.”
Ants Vill, CEO and Co-Founder of Bisly
The forward-thinking program will help Bisly to accelerate innovation, scale our impact, and bring affordable building automation to millions of people across Europe.
Why was Bisly chosen?
The fall 2025 cohort reflects Mastercard’s commitment to sustainability and social impact, featuring three startups focused on environmental solutions and two addressing global social challenges. Along with Bisly, Planboo, GraphoGame, Traced Systems and Cirkly were selected to take part in the program. The companies were chosen based on their dedication and ability to scale sustainable partnerships.
“We are very excited to start working with five very qualified companies this fall in the Mastercard Lighthouse MASSIV impact-tech program together with our partner banks and advisors. It is very encouraging to see these companies targeting selected UN Sustainable Development Goals typically focusing on financial inclusion, social impact and sustainability. Through the program the aim is to help the impact-tech startups scale beyond their markets to realize their impact faster through partnerships.”
Mats Taraldsson, Fintech and Impact Tech Engagement, Mastercard Northern Europe
Support from the advisory board
During the course of the program, the companies will receive support and guidance from an exceptional advisory board, including experts and executives from organizations such as UNDP, Swedbank, Danske Bank, Synch, VNTRS, and the Swedish Red Cross. This powerful network of sustainability specialists, investors, and global leaders will help Bisly refine our strategy and further accelerate our market expansion.
For Bisly, being selected to be part of the Mastercard Lighthouse MASSIV Fall 2025 partnership program is not just a recognition of our achievements to date, but it is also a major step in the next phase of our journey. We are committed to using this opportunity to accelerate the transition to making energy-efficient, sustainable living the standard for everyone.
For us, this is a proud moment and also just the beginning.
